What is a life coach and why would I need one?
A life coach is a caring professional who empowers people to set goals, identify obstacles and create strategies to help overcome some of life’s challenges. We provide active listening and we find out what you want and provide you with the tools you need to change your life. If you have a habit you want to change, or if you struggle with unhealthy eating, need help overcoming low self esteem or want to learn tools to help with stress or anxiety, a life coach might be exactly what you need! Pam also is certified as a Trauma Support Specialist as is trauma knowledgable.

What Is EFT?
EFT Is also called Tapping. It Is a powerful modality that uses acupressure points on the body and has been shown to help rewire your brain to think more positive thoughts. You tap on specific points on your own body while focusing on uncomfortable feelings and thoughts. It helps you release the unplesant feelings while helping you change the thoughts around them.
What Is Reiki:
Reiki is an energy movement healing practice that is done by placing the hands in a series of posititon over or on a person’s body. It activates the body’s healing relaxation responses and helps re-center your mind. It is used in many hospitals to help patients undergoing procedures relax so less medication is required. Pam Is a certified Reiki practitioner.
Mindfulness Meditation
Mindfulness and meditation have been shown to help reduce stress and is beneficial to almost everyone. Scientific studies show it‘s effectiveness in helping achieving a state of calm and balance.
Mindfulness is simply being aware of what you are currently doing and what is going on around you. When you learn how to live in the present it helps reduce anxiety.

have to be a religious practice! Anyone
can do it!
Mindfulness Is being aware of now and even
the Bible tells us to meditate on the Word of God.
Self Care Is Important!!
Balance In life requires that we take care of

if we don’t love ourselves enough to take care of ourself?
